The Nautitech 40 Open is a best seller blue-water cruising catamaran.  She has a modern design combining performance and the pleasure of sailing with comfortable cruising.  There is one large living space, integrating the saloon and the cockpit into one.  The table, with seating for 8, is in the cockpit and flows into the saloon which houses the galley and lounge area.  There is a complete 360 surround view giving a great feeling of space.

The Nautitech 40 Open is designed for ocean sailing and built for it too.  The bridgedeck is 80cm above the waterline, so the seaway is comfortable and efficient, and the lines of the boat are sporty with the removal of a flybridge.  The helming stations are on the aft decks of both hulls giving a clear view of the sails.

Stella Maris was launched in 2019 and delivered to the Caribbean.  Her first owners were a family with 4 children, who have enjoyed a year sabbatical sailing to French Polynesia from the Caribbeans.  The current owners, based in California, kept her in tahiti and spent holidays and long weekends sailing her around the Society archipelago and Tuamotus, while leaving her under our care when not sailing. The boat is set up for family cruising, with 4 double cabins and the 2 forepeaks as cabins as well.  There is a 3-reef mainsail, auto taking jib and bowsprit with gennaker.  The electronics are B&G with screens at both helm stations and the chart table.  The engines are 40Hp upgrades and there are 800W of solar, watermaker 65l/h.  The security material is all up to date, there is a hoist for the outboard engine … the list of option is long.

Stella Maris is one of the best catamarans for family cruising currently available in the Pacific.  Almost new, excellently equipped, and available with a financing structure for French tax residents.  Moreover we have been taking care of her maintenance and know her perfectly well.
