Lagoon 450 Flybridge in 4-cabin version, the perfect family cruising catamaran. “All In” is a 2011 catamaran, never chartered and with only 2 owners.
The Lagoon 450 Flybridge is an immensely popular model, not too big to handle alone or shorthanded, superbly comfortable, and roomy enough for a family of 5 or bigger. Designed by VPLP and built by CNB Lagoon, this is a good sea vessel, seaworthy with a flybridge where all sail handling takes place. The day we sea trialled there was a nice 15k breeze and we easily did 7-8kn. Our video shows the joy of sailing from the flybridge!
“All In” has the upgrade gennaker rigging, a full batten mainsail and genoa new in 2019 from Incidences sails in France and her standing rigging from 2016. With 4 electric winches on the flybridge and an electric winch for hoisting the dingy and a bow thruster on the starboard bow, sail and boat management can be done comfortably.
From a comfort perspective, All In has everything one might need. She’s equipped with a generator and air-conditioning in each cabin as well as the saloon. There is a washing machine (2019) and dishwasher powered by 830W of solar and 840Ah of battery power. There are carpets for the hulls and curtains for the saloon and each double cabin has its own en-suite bathroom. The 2 aft cabins have televisions and there is leather interior trim. Add to this a drop-down saloon table that makes and extra bed or lounging area, 2 fridges (one in the cockpit) and a freezer, and a sound system with a Bose base box, a plancha grill for the cockpit and you can see that this is a luxurious boat!
This Lagoon 450 Flybridge has been regularly maintained and is in excellent condition. The inventory shows the full equipment list with replacement dates, but to give an idea the electronics pack is complete with 2 Raymarine E125 chart plotters (chart table and flybridge), radar, AIS and multi-instruments for depth/speed/wind at the flybridge and chart table. There is also an Inmarsat Fleetbroadband satellite phone system (not used by current owner) and an iridium satellite phone with Redport Optimiser. As a nice plus, there is a centre console aluminium hulled 3.6m dingy with Honda 20Hp engine.
All In arrive in French Polynesia in 2020 and has until 2023 on her cruising permit to sail in these waters. She’s currently French flagged.
