Allures 39.9 – 2016

The ALLURES 39.9 is an centreboard boat, with a shaped aluminium hull and composite deck, ideal for sailing in various regions of the world where the shallow draft allows the discovery of anchorages inaccessible to most keelboats. A true centreboard that allows the boat to run aground flat on any beach without a stand. A must for a boat destined for a round-the-world trip.
Its design has been conceived from the outset to bring together all the characteristics of a real sailing boat: aluminium, reinforced insulation, centreboard and a dedicated technical area. The deck plan of the ALLURES 39.9 is obviously designed for long distance sailing with a reduced crew, with all manoeuvres carried out in the cockpit.

LES SHADOKS is an owner’s version, with 2 cabins and a technical room. The 2 cabins have plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a separate shower and an electric toilet. The living space offers a headroom of more than 2 m which gives a real feeling of comfortable and bright space designed for a pleasant life on board. The ZEN finish in light wood accentuates this impression of a cosy space bathed in light. The galley is equipped with two drawer fridges and a large work surface ideal for real cooking on board. Its L-shaped design on the port side is also perfectly suited to a use when sailing. The daggerboard well is integrated into the interior layout, allowing fluid circulation in the saloon.

The owners have also chosen a number of options for safe and autonomous offshore sailing: a set of 280W solar panels with charge controller, a Superwind 350 12V wind generator on the davits, a Watt&Sea hydro-generator and a D60-12V watermaker. The boat is also equipped with a Webasto Airtop Evo 55 heater.
The electronics on board are very complete and include a B&G central unit, 12″ GPS in the saloon + 2 7″ screens in the cockpit, touch screen + Triton T41 display in the cockpit, B&G Broadband radar, NAIS 400 transponder and B&G autopilot.

The sails include a fullbatten INCIDENCES mainsail of 44 m2 on ball bearing cars, a 38,5 m2 Solent (Incidence) on FACNOR LS180 furler, a 20 m2 staysail (Incidence) on FACNOR LS130 furler with running back stays, an asymmetric spinnaker.

The Volvo D2-55 engine has a total of just under 1200 hours to date.
